Defense Corrosion Modeling Working Group

Hi All,

Thanks to all who have volunteered to contribute to the roadmap development of the various technical areas we've established. Now comes the hard work! Hopefully the attachments actually attach to this message. There are three files:

1. CMWG Technical Area Template (word): For each of the technical teams, fill out this file. This is meant to provide each team the space to articulate a narrative surrounding your technical area, the stakeholders involved, and the risks and obstacles associated with the maturation and implementation of the technology. All very relevant things that are not as easily conveyed in a schedule-based roadmap. 
2. CMWG Roadmap - Working (excel): For each of the technical teams, fill out this file. This is meant to provide more detailed information regarding current and future (either proposed, or to be proposed) efforts that will mature technologies within the technical area. Pay special attention to milestones, effort start & end dates, and deliverables. 
3. Roadmap Template (powerpoint): To provide you a visual for how the excel file will be translated and visualized on a technical area level. We will work to roll these up into a higher-level roadmap down the line, but in the near-term I wanted to share the vision for how the roadmaps will be presented.
