Engineers, asset owners, operators, inspectors, contractors, consultants, and corrosion and coatings professionals working across land, maritime, and offshore infrastructure. Professionals from across the country and beyond are encouraged to attend.

The technical program will focus on managing infrastructure in extreme environments, including corrosion control, coatings performance, cathodic protection, inspection, and asset integrity. Topics may also include offshore and marine applications, harsh environment materials performance, emerging technologies, data and analytics, and workforce challenges.

The AMPP Western Conference will take place November 16 to 18, 2026 in Renton, Washington at the Hyatt Regency Lake Washington.

No. Despite the name, the conference is open to attendees, presenters, sponsors, and exhibitors from across North America and around the world.

Standard Registration Policy: Paid registrations cancelled in writing at least 30 calendar days or more prior to the start of the event will receive a full refund, less a 10% service fee. Paid registrations cancelled in writing 29 to 7 calendar days before the starting date of the event will receive a refund of 50% of the registration fee. No refunds or credit will be issued on cancellation requests received less than 7 calendar days before the event begins. Transfer of registration is permitted one time with an accompanying fee of $100.00 USD. Transfers may not be made less than 7 calendar days before the event begins. This policy supersedes any previously published policy regarding the cancellation process for AMPP Conferences.

All requests for transfer or cancellation must be submitted in writing to customersupport@ampp.org. No refund will be processed if the registrant is a no show.

Right to Deny or Remove: We reserve the right to deny registration or admission to, or remove any party from the Conference, in our sole discretion.

  • 100% Payment is due in full upon receipt of invoice.
  • Any booth space with a remaining balance after 30 days from invoice date will be subject to be released without notice.
  • All payments made by the exhibitor must be in U.S. Dollars and are non-refundable and non-transferable. In the event of cancellation, the exhibitor forfeits all payments made, which cannot be applied to future conference, events, or any other purposes. Cancellations must be submitted in writing.
  • All exhibit fees must be paid in full to participate in the Event. Paid exhibit fees entitle Exhibitor to exhibit package deliverables as outlined on the Order Confirmation/Booking Form, unless otherwise forfeited through cancellation.
