Details of the QP Merit Program
- Eligible Accreditations include: QP1, QP2, QP3, QP6, QP8, QP9 & QS1 (QP5 not included).
- Contractors must have completed a minimum of 3 years in ALL QP programs held to qualify.
- Qualifying contractors can’t have received more than 2 “CAP” resolved minor findings for which any QP accreditation is held during the prior three (3) years to be eligible.
- Program eligibility is evaluated annually; previously qualified contractors must reapply each year by July 1.
- AMPP reserves the right to perform random, announced, or unannounced audits at AMPP’s expense and discretion during non-audit years. The Merit Program member must remain in compliance during a random audit.
Important Payment Information for Merit Program Companies
While participating in the Merit Program, your payment schedule will follow the structure below:
- Non-Audit Years: Merit companies are required to pay the administrative fee only and submit the Accreditation Maintenance Application by December 15.
- Audit Years: Merit companies are required to pay both the administrative and audit fees and submit the Accreditation Maintenance Application by December 15.
